FOUNDING

Knowing they could better serve their customers, Ralph Dumoit and Jerry Standley left AM Multigraphics and AM Dick respectively and incorporated Litho Supply and Service, Inc. in Houston, TX.

FIRST EMPLOYEE

With their growing success and customer demand for service, Ralph and Jerry hired their first employee as Account Manager Service Technician to more rapidly support their commercial print customers.

EQUIPMENT DEALERSHIP

The budding team at Litho caught the eye of equipments OEMs, and agreed to take on equipment sales of small duplicator presses and supplies to print shops across Southeast Texas.

FOCUSING ON GROWTH

After 6 years in the field and with a team of Service Techs, Ralph and Jerry put down their toolboxes for good to focus on growing the business as the industry started to evolve.

FINISHING EQUIPMENT

With the Sales & Service team placing multiple presses each year, it wasn't long before the Finishing Equipment OEMs came calling and Litho added print finishing to our product and service offering.

NORTH TEXAS EXPANSION

With the growth and success in Houston along with changing market conditions, Litho opened North Texas Sales and Service operation led by Gary Neidenbach of Ladymon, Co.

REBRAND TO LSS DIGITAL

As the industry began to more broadly invest in digital printing equipment, Litho continued to expand its focus on digital finishing equipment and rebranded to LSS Digital Print Finishing Systems.

JERRY STANDLEY RETIRES

Having dedicated 20+ years to developing better service solutions for our customers, Jerry retired and passed the torch of ownership fully to Ralph and Mary Ann Dumoit. The Dumoits doubled their focus on providing top notch service and sales to our customers.

LSS ACQUIRED BY CAPE

As Ralph and Mary Ann looked to the future, they envisioned a new generation of ownership to drive the business forward in 2020, the Dumoits retired following the successful acquisition of LSS by Brock and Kelly Hennigh at Cape Equipment & Services.

PFE ACQUISITION

After two years of expansive growth in the Houston and DFW markets, Cape completed the acquisition of Precision Finishing Equipment LLC of San Antonio & Austin. Not only did this expand our geography, but it also brought industry veteran Don Long to our team.

CAPE REBRANDING

Our official rebranding to Cape represents our commitment to providing world-class print finishing solutions coupled with local service and support, a grave need facing our industry today.
