LAMpro Tiger T22W
The LAMpro Tiger T22W is a roll-fed laminator capable of operating at speeds up to 65m/min* and handling substrates up to 480gsm. It features 3 main supply mandrels — two for laminate rolls and one for the core material — and each web has its
own preheating roller for best lamination results. An additional mandrel holds loading paper, which is used to provide slip while threading the machine. The LAMpro Tiger T22W can produce either sheet or web output (roll rewinder sold separately). For roll to
sheet applications, the web is cut into sheets up to 27” in length, and the stacker can hold up to 19” of output.
The LAMpro Tiger T22W allows you to web print your application on the adhesive side of your thermal laminate for both top and
bottom sides, and laminate it to a thick core material. It utilizes optical eye sensors to make sure the top and bottom laminates are perfectly aligned and laminated to the core material. This process has the potential to speed up many traditional sheet-fed
applications and allows users to use many different types of core materials that would not typically run through a web press.
